Hit a Hole-in-One for Hospice
Hospice of the Rock River Valley presents the
6th
Annual HRRV Memorial Golf Outing, Friday, July 11,
2008 at Deer Valley Golf Course beginning with
registration at 11 a.m. and Shotgun start at noon.
Dinner will follow at 5 P.M. Join us for an afternoon
of fun, food and fellowship with other hospice
supporters and golf enthusiasts (or amateurs). All
proceeds benefit hospice services to patients and
families of Hospice of the Rock River Valley.
Registration fee for a foursome includes a round
of golf, cart, dinner and awards.
Maybe the sport of golf isn't your "thing". You
can still participate by donating to the outing.
Your contribution will help to minimize expenses
allowing HRRV patients and families to reap more
of the benefits. Make a general donation or donate
in memory of a loved one.
All meal, hole and golf cart sponsors will be
recognized on an individual sign posted at the
appropriate place. All sponsors are listed in the
golf program, HRRV website and other areas as
deemed appropriate.
To register your team, become a sponsor, or make a
general donation to the golf outing, complete
sponsorship or registration forms and return to
HRRV Golf Outing, 264 IL Rte. 2, Dixon, IL 61021.
