Grief Support Group
Ongoing grief support group meets the second & fourth Tuesday from 6:30-8 p.m. in Classroom 1 at CGH Medical Center. The group is free and open to anyone suffering a loss. For more information, call Rita at 815-288-3673.
Camp Love 'N Loss
The 2011 Camp Love 'N Loss was a held in June and all who attended had a great time. Thank you to the Sterling-Rock Falls YMCA for partnering with us and again being the host facility for camp.
Annual Memorial Service
In the spring, Hospice presents a memorial service to honor our patients and families. For more information, call (815) 288-3673.
There is no charge for any of our grief support programs and groups/workshops are open to our Hospice families and our community members.
Memorial Ornaments
Individuals can purchase ornaments in honor of or in memory of a loved one. These ornaments are available at the Hospice of the Rock River Valley office. Order Form
