Ways to Give

Donations are an essential element of Hospice of the Rock River Valley Without the generous donations from the community, we would not be able to provide the quantity and quality of services we have today. Your gift will help Hospice of the Rock River Valley provide hope, comfort, and support to patients and families during difficult times. We offer our services to any person at no cost.

Types of Donations

General Donations are given to Hospice of the Rock River Valley for no other reason than someone has heard about and/or observed the work we do in the community to help patients and families in their time of need.

A Memorial Gift is a meaningful way to honor the memory of someone who has touched your life. Often, families will designate memorial contributions can be made to Hospice of the Rock River Valley. Gifts can be made by cash, check, credit card or online.

An Honorarium donation expresses your respect and love for a living family member or friend. This gift is a thoughtful way to remember or celebrate a special occasion such as a birthday, anniversary, holiday or for a special recognition.

Many companies offer a Matching Gifts program in which the company will match charitable donations or donate for volunteer hours contributed by their employees. Your Human Resources Department should be able to answer any questions or get you the appropriate forms.

Special Events offer you several opportunities to support HRRV. Whether you prefer to sponsor an event, attend or volunteer your time, your involvement is greatly valued.

Some prefer to give an In-Kind Gift, such as office supplies, lightly used medical equipment, books, silent auction items for events and more. HRRV publishes a wish list of supplies and items in The Messenger newsletter.
